Say What! creates a new sister company, “For the Love of Jo Coffee House”

Coffee Culture Comes to Stouffville Say What! is proud to announce the official opening of our new sister corporation “For the Love of Jo Coffee House Corp.” "For the Love of Jo" is a new funky coffee house located in the centre of Stouffville at 6308 Main Street in a 130 year old building. It will be operated and managed by Say What! co-founder Jo Ivens, with Grant acting as the curator of the art gallery. What does coffee have to do with branding? Everything. This was an amazing opportunity for the creative team of Say What! to demonstrate how we can create a new business from scratch. The brand positioning “For the Love of Jo” is a fun community oriented coffee house that will become the cultural hub for music and art in a growing small town just north of Toronto. The coffee house brings together all of the interests of Say What! principles Grant and Jo; music, art and community involvement. The coffee house is fun, unique and offers a wide selection of great Fair Trade/organic coffees and whole beans, espressos, cappuccinos, organic teas, ice caps, along with a large selection of tasty baked treats and unique brands including Boylans Vintage Pop, Izze Juices, Badoit & Fiji Water. The For the Love of Jo Art Gallery’s June/July show is on the walls and features a great selection of different styles from four local artists Jan Dolby, Sarah Kennedy, Valerie Ashton and Grant Ivens. Say What! has been responsible for all points of creation including marketing plan, the positioning, branding, interior design, furniture design, signage, promotion and online marketing. Our official launch party is this Saturday June 17 from 9:00am till 6:00pm and will include live musical performances by The Family Quarles and the Slime Dogs and friends, Mayor Sue Sherban, coffee samplings, colouring contests, a Vespa display and special guests. We hope you will be able to drop in at our opening or whenever you get a chance to visit Stouffville. Thanks to everyone who has helped bring this incredible project to life.
